2. Booking and Payment

Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Limitations of Liability

Damage: While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Lazy Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by the customer’s failure to maintain or repair certain parts of the property.

We use techniques to prevent damage. However, we are not liable for damage to surfaces or areas that are already compromised (e.g., aged paint, brittle siding, rusted surfaces, etc.).

Force Majeure: Lazy Home Services is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
